The 4th International Conference on  Algorithms, Network and  Communication Technology (ICANCT 2025) will be held in Wuhan, China during December 19-20, 2025, to foster the knowledge and understanding of the recent advances across the broad field of Algorithms, Network and  Communication Technology. ICANCT 2025 will be an ideal platform for bringing together researchers, practitioners, scholars, professors and engineers from all around the world to exchange the newest research results and stimulate the scientific innovations.

We are sincerely inviting the Technical Program Committees, Keynote Speakers, Invited Speakers and Regular Speakers. Full paper submissions for publication are warmly welcome. In convenience of international authors and keynote speakers, ICANCT 2025 opens virtual channel to conduct presentation as well as workshops. You are cordially invited to submit your recent research work to ICANCT 2025.

 Publication in Conference Proceedings

All accepted full papers published to the conference proceedings will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing. For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors needs to register for the conference and present the paper.

The 4th International Conference on  Algorithms, Network and  Communication Technology (ICANCT 2025) follows the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible procedures against any publication misconduct. This Conference is committed to maintaining high standards through a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies. Any infringements of professional ethical codes, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship, should be taken very seriously by the editors with zero tolerance. The submitted manuscript should not have been previously published in any form and must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

 Call for Excellent Papers to SCI Journal！

1. Abstract Submission(oral or poster presentation only)

For attendees who are interested in submitting an abstract only for an oral or poster presentation without publications, please submit your abstract(s) following the guidelines as below:

• Abstract should be strictly within one A4 page in length apart from the cover letter page and containing 200-250 words;
• A cover letter page is required to include a short biography of the corresponding author/presenter with following information:

1) Full Name; 2) Title information (Prof. / Dr. / Mr./ Ms.) (Teacher / Student); 3) Affiliation information (Department, University/Institution) + Country; 4) Research Interests;

• Abstract should be submitted in .doc format according to the Abstract Template;
• Kindly mark "Abstract for Oral/Poster Presentation" when submitting the abstract via the Online Submission System;
• Acceptance or rejection will be notified within two weeks.

2. Full Paper Submission(EI conference proceedings)

• Authors are invited to submit original, unpublishedpapers in Englishon their research relevant to the conference topics and theme. Submission of any manuscript that contains redundant or duplicate publication of the same or very similar research work violates the policies of recommendation and publication will be rejected.
• For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors needs to register for the conference and present the paperat the conference physically or online.This is mandatory for including the paper in the proceedings.
• No strict typesetting is required before your initial submission but please refer to the Full Paper Template here for basic layout and format.
• Full papers are required to submitted via the Online Submission System.
• Manuscripts should not be simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere.
